Moving costs are not automatically funded by the NDIS. Removalist support may be funded when it is required because of a participant’s disability support needs and meets the NDIS funding criteria.
Confirm the support with your my NDIS contact, support coordinator or plan manager before committing to the move. How your plan is managed can also affect which providers you can use.

Moving costs are not automatically funded. The NDIS may fund removalist support when the need to move is related to a participant’s disability support needs and the request meets the funding criteria. Confirm the support before you book.
Read the NDIS moving-house guidanceDo I need to use a registered NDIS provider?
That depends on how your plan is managed. NDIA-managed supports must use registered providers, while self-managed and plan-managed participants can usually use registered or unregistered providers. Check your plan and confirm provider requirements before booking.

Yes. With the participant’s permission, we can share quote and booking details with a nominated support person and keep the agreed contact updated while the move is being planned.
Can furniture be dismantled and reassembled?
Tell us which furniture or equipment needs attention when you request a quote. We will confirm what our crew can safely dismantle and reassemble and include the agreed work in the moving plan.
